  • Full arm lift:Dr. Nesiba makes incisions along the inside and sometimes the back of the upper arms, extending from the armpit to just above the shoulder.

  • Mini arm lift: The surgeon creates small openings in the armpit area.

Once the incisions have been made, the skin and small pockets of fat are removed using surgical instruments. The remaining tissue is pulled taut and smoothed.
Liposuction may also be added to remove stubborn fat deposits and further contour the area. We use VASER® ultrasound technology to break down fat cells and preserve the surrounding blood vessels and nerves.

How to Minimize Scarring?
